When the user is trying to log in to Connect, licensed users will receive this error message.
This error occurs if the user has not completed their Connect registration and created their own password.
Solution1) Check In Connect whether User has been assigned a License or not.
a) If Yes; they should receive an email from
asking them to complete their registration and create their password (to complete the registration, users should click the registration page link that is included in the email message). This registration step must be done before the users can use our product.
When users are first set up on Connect by their Connect administrator, Sometimes,this registration email message ends up in the spam folder. We recommend you check your spam folder when looking for the Connect registration email. Alternatively, you can contact you license administrator and they can access and resend the email for you.
b) If No; then user would need to reach out to their License Admin and get the License assigned to themselves.
