If you are unsure where to get this info, then read on.

Solution
1. Go to your forms site, click Lists or Libraries : 
2. Locate the Library with the same name as your solution and click on it : 
3. What you are seeing here is an entry for each form that was originated click on one of the entries: 
4. Here is your form XML:
