Description

When in Composer and attempting to connect to a forms site, you receive:

"Server was unable to process the request.--> getComposerSolutions- Insufficient access rights. Value:0"

Solution

In order to deploy a solution, the solution developer must have Full Control permission on the target forms site. This is usually granted via membership in the Owners group on the forms site. Only another Owner or a Site Collection Administrator can add users to groups.

On the Forms site, click on People and Groups in the quick links on the left or go to the gear icon in the upper right and click on Site Permissions. Find the owners group and add the solution developer to the group via the New button in the menu.
