Description

The auto-logon option is not working in Winshuttle Studio 11.2.6 (64 bit). While trying to update the password in Auto-logon, an error comes up: "Cannot find column AutoLogon" and the new credentials are not saving.

Solution

Navigate to file path: C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\WinShuttle\Connector\11 and rename the files listed in the below screenshot (example: EpLogonSettings_11_OLD.xml).
