Invalid SAPGUI logon data

Description

You see the following error when logging into SAP via Winshuttle

Cause

An upgrade of the SAP Kernel from 7.20 to 7.21

Solution

Please install any of the following updates to resolve this issue.

  • SAP GUI 730 with patch level 9 or higher (last patch available from SAP is 15)
  • SAP GUI 740 with patch level 7 and above (Supported with Winshuttle tools of 10.7 and above)

Also please note that SAP no longer supports anything below SAP GUI 740
