Description

Error running web service: The user name is missing from the server credentials. ErrorCode: 2019

Cause

User is missing valid SAP credentials for the system specified in the web service

Solution

  1. In Foundation go to Settings -> Web Services (under Products) and make a note of the SAP Server of the web service that is giving the error.

  2. Go to Settings -> Manage Credentials (under Personal Settings), if the SAP Credentials for the server are not listed, add them with the 'Add SAP Credentials' button. If it is already listed, click edit, then retype your Password, making sure to test the credentials before saving.

 

 3. Clear cache and rerun the form.

 

4. If the above steps do not work, log on to the workflow administration site and under configure options change the value of WinshuttleUpdateLegacyOperation to false. Rerun the scenario to test.
