Description

When the user is trying to make a connection to SAP using Studio, the application shuts down without any error message. However, if the user tries the same credentials from a different machine it is working as expected.

Cause

This error can be caused by missing dll files on the users machine.

Solution

For a 64-bit Operating System:

- Navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64
- Check for the librfc.dll file (Transaction 10.x and Studio)
- For Studio also check for the icudt50.dll file







For a 32-bit Operating System:

- Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 
- Check for the librfc.dll file (Transaction 10.x and Studio)
- For Studio also check for the icudt50.dll file
