Connect License Admin is trying to create a new user however receives the message that user already exists.
When trying to assign a license I cannot see the user in the list of available assignee's and under All users they are still unable to find the user.
1) The user already exists under a different company account. They were removed from their license but not from the site.
2) The user exists and they have a similar license assigned. When assigning licenses Connect will only provide a list of users who are eligible for the license and if they already have the same or equivalent license then their name will not show up.
1) Have the user login to Connect. Resetting their password if necessary.
2)Identify which Company their account is under
3) If it is the correct Company have them check that the correct license is assigned.
4) If it is not the correct Company have them contact the license admin for the account to have their profile removed.
