Description
We have removed the form 'Customer Creation Process' from the Site Contents, however it still appears in the Form Library under the Dashboard tab.

Solution
Forms and solutions need to be deleted in three places for them to no longer appear in the Winshuttle Workflow Form Library.
1. Remove the solution directly from Site Contents
Click on the ellipsis (...) to see the REMOVE button.
2. Delete from 'Composer Solutions' under Site Contents.
Click on 'Composer Solutions'
Click on the ellipsis next to the solution you want to delete and then click on the second ellipsis to view the drop down option to 'Delete'.
3. Delete from 'Forms' under Site Contents.
Click on 'Foms'
Click on the ellipsis next to the solution name you want to delete and then click on the second ellipsis to view the drop down option to 'Delete'.
