Description

When accessing User Governance, the Foundation Setup screen appears and shows the error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Web services are not working as a direct result and users cannot post any forms to SAP.

Cause 

 IIS hosting the LMS site is in a broken state. It receives the request, but cannot process it.

Solution

First check whether License is in Maintenance or not; if it is out of maintenance please reach out to Fulfilment team .

If it is in Maintenance ; please follow the below steps.

Execute an IISRESET to clear the cache and restart LMS background Service. 
If the issue continues or further details of the exact cause are required, contact Support and share the Foundation log
