Receiving a "You must launch SAPGui session through Virsa Firefighter..." error

Applies To

Solution:

• Make sure that the Virsa Firefighter session is open.
• Check that the Winshuttle Function Module for the SAP server is concurrent with the version of Winshuttle client that is being used (eg. Winshuttle Studio 11.2 client working with Winshuttle Function Module 11.2)
• Verify that all required SAP Authorizations have been configured.
• Check to see if there have been any SAP server resets, if the GRC server has been reset, it is possible that RZ11 settings may have reverted back to default (especially concerning scripting)
