Description

When trying to download Winshuttle Studio v 11.3 you receive an error message:
"ERROR: Could not install Winshuttle Studio".

Causes

When the installation of Winshuttle Studio v11.3 is downloaded but your SAP GUI version and patch level is not compatible with Studio(see link below on how to check your SAP GUI version)

Solution

If your SAP GUI version and patch level is not compatible with Winshuttle Studio (see link below for system requirements), please contact your SAP Basis team to upgrade your SAP GUI version. Once your SAP GUI version and patch level is upgraded try reinstalling Studio.
