JSON is undefined

Description

When attempting to reassign a Winshuttle workflow task and clicking on the people picker you receive a "JSON is undefined" error.

Applies To

Workflow 10.x

Cause

This occurs if you use IE11, which is not supported in Winshuttle Workflow 10.x.

Solution

If you can, use another browser to reassign the task.
Alternatively, you can press F12 in the browser to open the developer tools and change the emulation mode to 8 or 9.
