Needing to schedule a script that has a data file in a shared location

Solution

Step 1: First you will want to update the date file location in your script to the shared folder and save

Step 2: Select the Schedule button on the Run tab

Step 3: Logon to SAP

Step 4: In the scheduling Wizard Confirm the system you will be running in, the email you would like the notification to be sent to, as well if you'd like a copy of the data file to be attached to the notification

Step 5: Set the scheduled job settings - when and how often you would like the job to run

Step 6: Select Finish

Your scheduled job will run at the designated time, and the log will be written to the data file
