Description

User receives error while clicking on Export button in Usage Reports page as "The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Negotiate'. The authentication header received from the server was 'Negotiate,NTLM'."

Solution

Make sure the key "AllowAnonymousImpersonation" is set to false in web.config file of web application on which Winshuttle is configured. Steps to modify the web.config are mentioned below.

  1. Browse to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\
  2. Open the web.config file with any text editor
  3. Locate the AllowAnonymousImpersonation key and set it to false as shown below:
