Description 

I am facing the error below during launch the application. 

Operation could not be completed. There was something wrong with the service URL. 


This was working until a recent Windows Update, however, I am the only user affected.

Cause

Changes to Internet Options occurred during Windows update 

Solution

Identify a user who is not currently having issues and compare their settings with the user who is receiving this error message. Ensure that the user having issues changes their settings to match the working user.
