Description

When trying to log on to SAP from the Runner application, receiving the following error:

Transaction 10.x; Runner 10.x

Cause

This is typically due to a bad Winshuttle installation on the user's machine, an issue around either the user profile/folders or file path authorization on the machine or the machine itself.

Solution

If you receive this error, the first port of call should be your IT team.
