Description
User had uninstalled the 10x and installed 11x. When user is trying to open the Studio he is getting an error.

Solution
Once you have uninstalled 10x product please make sure you do not have Winshuttle folder under the following paths.
1. C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming
2. C:\Program files or Program files 86x (Based on the bit you have installed 10x).
