When trying to login to your Connect license, you are seeing the below error. The connection is successful when inside the office Network settings. But when I am working remotely I am unable to connect. Able to log into connect.winshuttle.com without issue.

We have seen this issue when there are incorrect settings for your Proxy server. You will want to work with your internal IT/Network team to help confirm that your Proxy/firewall has been configured correctly in order to allow a connection to Winshuttle through Connect.
