Solution
1. Close all instances of Excel – checking the task manager processes to ensure lingering Excel tasks are closed
2. Locate appoptions.xml - C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\WinShuttle\JournalEntry
3. Right click the appoptions.xml and select Edit
4. Change the value from false to true

5. Save appoptions.xml
6. Launch a single instance of Excel
7. Open and Re- Run the template, step by step should launch
