Description:

 Server Error in '/' Application or Runtime Error

Applies To:

 Foundation 11x and 12x

Cause:

The reason can be error on DB server or Sharepoint sever.

Solution:

1.Please check  DB server and Sharepoint severs are  working fine. Check event log viewer for any hardware error.

2. Make sure Foundation and Workflow application pool are up and running.

3. Restart the server in sequence database servers, integration servers and sharepoint servers..If the error still persists, then share the following logs:
   a. EventViewer Logs for that duration
   b. Central Logs. Since the site is not working, please fetch the same from Database using the following query;
       Select * FROM [eShuttleLog]
