Users unable to connect to Studio product using Foundation Logon and receives below error.

Make sure the Foundation site is working as expected when browsing from browser. Perform an IISRESET on the server where UserGovernance and LMS is installed.
Occasionally, Internet Information Services (IIS) will need to be reset for such reasons such as resetting the web server, clearing all current connections, and applying web site changes. Performing an IIS reset will refresh the Windows Service which enables it to be viewed over the Internet/Intranet.
