- Please check whether you are assigned as the creator of the script in Central or not to be able to submit an overwriting version of an existing script. If not there are two ways around this are to delete the existing script and upload your new one, after which you can upload further versions; or submit the script with a different name, after which you can submit new versions.
- Try deleting the script and then re-publishing.
- What Permission Levels do you have at the Transaction script Level in Central.
Go to your Central Site- Library- Transaction Scripts- Select the Script - Click on Drop Down - Manage Permissions- Check Permissions.
