When opening Studio or the Excel Add-In, you receive the error "Version Incompatible".

Studio and the Excel Add-In.

Cause

The license assigned to you is out of maintenance.

Solution

Contact Winshuttle support so we can review the account and work with your Account Manager to get new keys generated.
