Description

User must type or choose the Bank Key from the SAP data in the form. In order to do that composer form uses SAP F4 Lookup. But SAP F4 Lookup shows “No Data”.

Cause

It is getting populating in SAP because of configurations . But Winshuttle follows / searches the values based on 'Search Help ' or 'Value Table' defined.

Solution

F4 help for SAP field in Winshuttle will be retrieved only if the field has ‘Search Help’ or ‘Value Table’ defined for Data element and Domain respectively.

Where can we check for Search Help definition?

F1 on SAP field >> Technical Information >> Table Name and Field Name
In t-code SE11, open Table >> Identify field >> Double click on value in column ‘Data element’ >> Further characteristics tab >> Search Help.

Where can we check for Value Table definition?

F1 on SAP field >> Technical Information >> Table Name and Field Name
In t-code SE11, open Table >> Identify field >> Double click on value in column ‘Data element’ >> Data type tab

Double click on value against ‘Domain‘>> Value Range tab.
