Description
When running scripts in GUI scripting mode, a pop-up message appears: The script you are executing is taking longer than expected to run. Click End to abort the script. or Continue to continue script execution.
This is appearing every 10-15 seconds. Is there a way to stop the pop-up from appearing? It also seems that for some scheduled job this pop'up is holding up the execution.
Applies to
Windows
10.X
Studio 11
Cause
The Script Control pop-up message you receive when running the script is a Windows warning dialog box. It is not triggered by Winshuttle.
Solution
Please ask your IT Team to disable this native Windows pop-up dialog box so that it does not appear during the running of the script.
