Description

When running your Journal Entry template you are receiving a message that an Unexpected End of File has occurred.

Cause

There is an issue with the Journal Entry log viewer

Solution

1. Go to Documents>Winshuttle>JESolution>Log
2. Rename the log viewer from JES_Log to JES_Log_old

Additional Information

This error may also occur during validation, simulation, park, post or save as completed.  The error may reference slightly different line and positions as it is dependent on your log viewer.
