After logging in to Studio 11, I see the below message regarding multiple logons.

This is only a warning message. Any time Winshuttle is not closed by using the red X in the upper right corner it can log as a separate logon. If you continue to receive this message please reach out to your internal SharePoint/Network team. They will need to locate the Winshuttle LMS background service and restart. This will clear out any logged activations on the server.
