How to download a Composer solution file so that it can be sent to Winshuttle Support for analysis.

Solution

There are two ways to retrieve a solution file so that it can be sent to the Support team for analysis.

Option 1:

1. Launch Composer, and open your existing Solution
2. Go to the File Menu in the top left corner, and choose Save As --> Solution XML Document
3. The file will be downloaded and can be saved/sent to the Support team

Option 2 (SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2013):

1. Go to your Forms Site
2. Click on 'Libraries' on the left side of the window
3. Click on the Composer Solutions Library
4. Download a Copy of the Solution file that you need, and it will be downloaded and can be saved/sent to the Support team

SharePoint 2010: from drop down select 'Send to' and 'Download a copy'.



SharePoint 2013: from the second ellipsis select 'Download a Copy'
