How to download a Composer solution file so that it can be sent to Winshuttle Support for analysis.
There are two ways to retrieve a solution file so that it can be sent to the Support team for analysis.
- Launch Composer, and open your existing Solution
- Go to the File Menu in the top left corner, and choose Save As --> Solution XML Document
- The file will be downloaded and can be saved/sent to the Support team
Option 2 (SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2013):
- Go to your Forms Site
- Click on 'Libraries' on the left side of the window
- Click on the Composer Solutions Library
- Download a Copy of the Solution file that you need, and it will be downloaded and can be saved/sent to the Support team
SharePoint 2010: from drop down select 'Send to' and 'Download a copy'.
SharePoint 2013: from the second ellipsis select 'Download a Copy'
