Description

Error String was not recognized as a valid Date Time when logging in or activating the software

Applies to

Transaction, Query, Runner for Transaction, Runner for Query, Runner and Studio 10.X and 11.X

Causes

This error can occur for a number of reasons as outlined below.

Solutions

1. Check the Date and Time, and Region settings are correct for your time zone

2. Navigate to this location C:\Users\username\Documents and rename the Winshuttle Folder Winshuttle_OLD and try and activate again
This should cause you to break the connection with your existing license files.

3. Un-install and re-install the application
There could have been an issue during installation so try removing and re-installing the software, making sure to follow the instructions on the installer.

4. Check that the Winshuttle product installed matches the product you are licensed for
If you are assigned a Runner license and try to activate the Transaction software this error can occur. Make sure you have installed and activated the appropriate software to which your license is assigned.
