Description

The user has download 11.X version from the Winshuttle website.

Extracted the files. Getting the following error while installing:

Cause

User has download the 'msi' version of the product under the section 'MSI Installer' of the webpage.

Solution

Download the '.exe' version of the product.
Extract the zip files.
Right-click and you will be able to see "Run as administrator".

Additional Information

User should have admin rights on their system.
