User receives the following error when trying to submit the data file to the Central site.
Central 10.x, Studio 10.x
Close all the documents related to this submit if they are open, except the first one that needs to be submitted.
- Navigate to the Winshuttle CENTRAL site
- Choose "libraries"
- Choose "CENTRAL zip files"
- Are there any files present?
- If yes, please delete them and try to execute the use-case.
If the above steps do not resolved the issue ; get the application trace and also make sure below steps are performed.
1) Make sure no other Addins are activated apart from Winshuttle.
2) Uninstall and Reinstall Excel.
