Description

Experiencing difficulties opening Transaction script located within Central from a particular PC, with the following message, using Run Later SERVER

The file could not be downloaded or it does not exist on the server



If the script is downloaded from Central and run locally then the script can run successfully however if the ALF is used they receive an error: 64 string errors occurred

User permissions have been checked and compared to other users who can access the script, and all are correct.

Applies to

Transaction: 10.7.1 with Central 10.7.2 and SAP GUI 740

Cause

Although all users desktops have Winshuttle 10.7.2, the version on the application installed and being used on the Server was still 10.7.1; which does not support SAP GUI 740

Solution

Upgraded the Transaction version installed on the Server to 10.7.2, which does support SAP GUI 740
