The following error has occurred while clicking on "Test Connection" under the TRANSACTION/QUERY Services Configuration page in Winshuttle Central site.

If the Server Manager URL on the server machine where it is installed and configured is not browsable or has any sort of error.
Make sure you are able to access the Server Manager URL on the server machine before configuring it in Winshuttle Central>WINSHUTTLE Central Administration>SERVER>TRANSACTION/QUERY Services Configuration and double-check the URL inserted in the text box before clicking on "Test Connection" button.
