I have been assigned a license but I haven't received an email from Connect. What should I do?
Connect does not currently send emails after a user is assigned to a license. The main reason for this is because many different companies must be on specific versions of our product so we are not able to send a potentially misleading generic email.
First, determine which license type you have been granted from your License Administrator.
