Linked scripts
Cause
This message will appear if the person who created a custom folder in the library for the linked scripts has unique permissions on that folder.
Solution
When creating custom folders to store linked scripts, it is likely that the folder will have unique permissions pertaining to the user who created the folder. It is necessary to ensure that users have the correct permissions, not only at library level but also at individual script level within that library, to access the folder(s).
Other users can be set up to inherit your permissions of each script in the custom folder so that they can download them.
For individual script permission --> Go to your transaction script library --> Double click on the lead script of the chain, MM01 in example below:
Click on the folder where the scripts are
Then for each and every script in the chain, check permissions:
Right-click on the down arrow next to each script à go to Manage Permissions à check that the users experiencing the issue all have access to the folder
Here you can see the user's name with access at the bottom of the list. All of the required users will need to appear to have access to the scripts.
