I am not able to see all of the licenses for my account. I can see users who are assigned to licenses in the Users tab but I am unable to see the exact license that they're attached to in the Licenses tab.
If you are able to see users who are assigned licenses, but you cannot see those licenses, they are likely assigned to another License Administrator.
In order to see the licenses which are assigned to another License Administrator, you'll want to follow the below instructions:
- Review the License Admins dropdown and you will likely find that your own email is in the License Admins dropdown.
- Change the License Admins dropdown to "All" and click Search again
- The licenses which were not showing previously should now show.
