Solution

Remove all Winshuttle folders below and reinstall the application as Administrator.

  • C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Roaming\Winshuttle\
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Winshuttle\
  • C:\ProgramData\Winshuttle\

    Had error when saving Excel file with Studio Version 12.1 . I cleared all files in "TEMP" folder under C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Local (Skipped files that couldn't be deleted) > Renamed/deleted WinShuttle folder under C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Local\ > Renamed /deleted WinShuttle folder under C:\Users\(userid)\AppData\Roaming\ . I didn't have to re-install or delete Winshuttle folders under C:\Program Files (x86)\Winshuttle\ or C:\ProgramData\Winshuttle\.
