I am a License Administrator for my company and want to reset one of my user's passwords.
Follow the below steps to set a user's password in Connect:
- First, request a password reset email through Connect using the "Forgot Password?" tool on the main Connect login page.
- Next, log into Connect using your own login credentials.
- Once logged in, you should see the Communications tab. Click this and search for the user's email address.
- You should see the password reset email which the user has been sent. If you view the email, you can use the link provided in the email to reset the user's password.
