How to setup Studio so that the data file attaches to the scheduled run notification email?

Studio v.11x and above

Solution

1. Launch Studio and go to FileOptions. 
2. Go to the Proxy/Email tab and enable "Use your organizations Exchange mail server to send email notifications". 
3. Provide your company's Exchange server address, confirm/update the server port, the email address that you would like the emails to be sent from, and the maximum attachment size allowed. 

Once these settings have been saved, you will be able to select "Attach data file" when scheduling the script run.

In any case scheduling on desktop doesnt work check user do not have any TLS settings in place ; if there are any TLS setting ; their Network team can either disable TLS settings on port 25 or have the new port without the TLS settings.
