Description
I have been trying to log into Winshuttle and after I enter my email and password I am getting the below error stating "Need to connect to internet. Lease time elapsed".

Solution
Please check the below items. Typically this issue occurs when your machines time clock is off or when the required IP addresses to access Connect authentication are being blocked via a firewall of Network policy.
Try and ping these IP addresses from your PC:
- IP: 40.81.13.96
- IP: 40.81.13.97
- Go to Start Button on your PC
- Enter CMD into the Search bar and hit enter
- Command Prompt box to appear
- Type i.p addresses like this: ping 40.81.13.96
- Do this for both i.p addresses

Click both links below to confirm if you are able to create a Connect service
https://connectsvr.winshuttle.com/v1/LicensingService.svc
https://connectsvr.winshuttle.com/v2/LicensingService.svc
If there is any issue with pinging these IP addresses or accessing these links, please review with your IT team that the above IP addresses are not being blocked by your company.
