DescriptionWinshuttle will be updating our Winshuttle Central public IP's on Friday, July 20th. Due to this change it may be necessary for you to partner with your IT organization to update your "whitelist" settings for Central.
Network whitelisting of outbound connections is sometimes done by larger companies that may find it prudent or required. Most companies do not actively force whitelisting of outbound connections to the internet other than using content filtering services. It would not typically pick up Winshuttle URLs & IP's. If you are concerned that this is a requirement for your organization please follow the "solution" steps listed below.

SolutionThe above IP address and port may need to be “ whitelisted ” through your proxy server or firewall. Contact your IT/network administrator for further details.
- Contact your IT/network administrator
- Share new IP and port with them.
- Let them know the new IP will be active starting Saturday, July 21st.
