I'm re-assigning my role as the Winshuttle Admin to another person but it's not allowing me. How to re-assign that role?

The user can check to see if there are other existing Site Admins using this link: How can I identify the 2nd Winshuttle Admin in my Connect Site
Users can also verify their status as Winshuttle Site Admin through the ability to modify the 'Change Winshuttle Admin' in Connect by going to Accounts Connect Accounts Change Settings
If the user is unable, here are the other possible scenarios:

The organization does not currently have a Winshuttle Admin assigned
- Customer will need to contact Winshuttle Support with all license admin approval to assign a Site Admin
- The user is not a Winshuttle Admin themselves
- The user will have to request the existing Site Admin to assign the role
- The Winshuttle Admin limit has been reached.
