Description

When running scripts using Transaction 10.x you may encounter the below error:

Cause

In Transaction 10.x versions this functionality is not supported. In 10.x there are separate mappers for normal and long text fields, so it is not possible to apply an IF condition on long text fields.

Solution

Solution 1: For long text fields to exist within an IF condition, we have to save the script as a version 11 script.



Solution 2: Move the screen field line (screen only) outside of the IF condition, the condition will be able to be evaluated correctly and the error should no longer occur.
