Description

In my Foundation server, the license adminstrators are not correct. The list of available license administrators in the License Activation page does not match the list of people in the "Users and License Administrators" group.

Solution

Try having an existing Winshuttle Administrator check the LMS site directly.  This can be found by going to Foundation > Settings > Licensing Service > Licensing URL

Visiting this site will take you directly to the LMS site and you'll be able to assign/manage User & License Admins.  Information about this can be found here: http://winshuttle-help.s3.amazonaws.com/foundation/en/lms/winshuttle-license-management-system-managing-users.htm

Verify that the user has been assigned as a User & License Administrator and this should resolve the issue.
