Description

After trying to run GUI scripts, the following message appears "Logon balancing: parser error in '/M//H/...' ". The SAPLOGON.INI file is working fine for manual logon connections to SAP.

Cause

Winshuttle bit version is 64 bit, Excel bit version is 32 bit.
“Allow multithreaded GUI scripting”  not enabled

Solution

Confirm that your Winshuttle bit version installed matches your Excel bit version (either 32 or 64 bit). To confirm what bit version of Excel you are running please review the below link:
