Error received when trying to connect to SAP using a Winshuttle product

SAP error type: Connect to SAP gateway failed

Error detail: internal error (this retcode should be handled by caller of NI-layer)

Cause

Connectivity issue with SAP server

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Reboot any affected SAP server

If you are still facing the same issue after the re-boot, please confirm the answers to the following questions when contacting Winshuttle Support:

1. Is this an issue with a specific SAP server?
2. Have there been any changes to any affected SAP servers?
3. Are you able to connect to the server using Winshuttle Studio if this is an issue connecting from a Composer solution?
4. Are you able to connect directly to the server from the SAP Logon Pad?
