Description

When user is trying to record script (long text);they are getting Word document. How to convert word document to a normal text editor.

Applies to

Transaction 10x, 11x, 12x, 20x. 

Solution

Microsoft word is a third party tool and is not directly supported for recording with Winshuttle; Instead we can record with Text Editor.
Steps need to be followed are as below.
1) Launch SAP
2) Open any Tcode with the long text field e.g. VA02
3) Double Click on Text area
3) Go to Menu Bar and click on GOTO- Configure Editor - Uncheck the option "Graphical Form Painter"

4) Now Text recorded on this screen will appear in the Script.
