When running a previously working script customer receives an error

An error has occured while opening worksheet
Error: Sheet Winshuttle not found in C:\Users\.......xlsm

Applies to

Transaction 10.X and 11.X

Cause

The initial part of this error 'An error has occurred while opening worksheet' is generic telling us essentially that the worksheet defined in the File Path is unreachable. The second part of the message 'Sheet Winshuttle not found' indicates the specific cause is due to the sheet name defined within the Transaction does not match the name of the sheet within the workbook, however in this instance the Sheet name was correctly defined

Solution

Upon further inspection of the workbook relating to compatibility of versions referring to the Default Sheet name

 

 

Once these errors were addressed, the worksheet was picked up and the script ran successfully.
