Description

While running a script you get the following message in the log column:

Unknown error- System failure during call. You may may turn the logging on to get more information (4)

Applies To

Transaction Scripts 10.x.x & 11.x.x

Cause

This is a SAP message which indicates that there are missing authorizations.

Solution

Please get in touch with your Internal SAP team and have them review your current SAP Authorizations.
